Who says you have to pay 5% or 6% to receive full service real estate? For an additional fee of just $695 paid at closing we will:

• Accept and present all offers from other real estate agents. These offers will be delivered directly to Eau Claire by Owner, and then we will contact you ASAP to discuss the merits of each offer. You may also contact us to discuss the merits of offers you may receive from unrepresented buyers.
• Keep records of all showings by real estate agents to help avoid future confusion as to who procured the buyer.
• Communicate between you and the buyer or the agent working with the buyer.
• Assist in preparing counter offers.
• Order title work.
• Arrange for earnest money to be held by a third party if necessary.
• Schedule the closing and communicate with buyer or buyer agent, title company, and lender to ensure it will go smoothly.

Add the Full-Service FSBO package to your listing and you will receive the same services you would get from a traditional real estate office – without the high price! You pay as little as $395 up front, then just $695 at closing. You must offer a co-broke to other Realtors who want to show your home (2-3% or a flat fee). But if you sell yourself without another real estate agent involved, you could pay only $1090 for MLS exposure and full service real estate!
